During this 60-minute event you’ll enjoy:

🧘🏾‍♀️ A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga + breathwork flow (35 minutes) to ground and restore

🧠 A short talk from a maternal mental health provider — offering support, resources, and encouragement just for first-time moms

🧺 A self-care basket giveaway (bath items + press-on nails)

👜 A tote bag for every attendee, with the first 5 sign-ups receiving a self-care card deck inside
